These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all prize competitions operated on www.hikgurucomps.com (“Website”). By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The promoter is HikGuruComps, operated by the team behind Hik-Guru.co.uk (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2.1 Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition (and their immediate families/household members) are not eligible.
2.3 We reserve the right to require proof of age, identity and address. Failure to provide acceptable proof may result in disqualification and/or refusal of prize delivery.
3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter. A free postal entry route is available for every competition (see Section 5).
3.2 Paid entry is offered as an optional convenience method only.
4.1 Each competition page will state the prize, opening date, closing date, entry limits (if any), and the draw date/time (or how the draw date is determined).
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend competition dates where necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any material changes will be communicated on the Website.
You may enter via the Website by selecting the competition and completing the entry process. Entry prices and any maximum entries per person will be stated on the competition page.

Important:
Free entries must be received by the stated closing date/time.
Unless otherwise stated, one free postal entry per person per competition.
Incomplete, illegible, late, bulk/automated, or third party entries may be rejected.
6.1 Some competitions will include a qualifying skill question. Where used, the competition page will make this clear.
6.2 Entries may be rejected if the qualifying question is not answered correctly (where the question applies).
6.3 The Promoter’s decision on the correctness of answers is final.
7.1 Each valid entry will be allocated a unique entry number.
7.2 Entry limits per person and maximum total entries (if applicable) will be displayed on the competition page.
7.3 We may refuse, cancel, or disqualify entries that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, generated by scripts/bots, involve multiple accounts, or otherwise breach these Terms.
7.4 We reserve the right to void entries if we suspect payment disputes, chargeback abuse, or identity manipulation.
8.1 Competitions close on the date/time shown on the competition page (or earlier if the stated maximum entries are reached).
8.2 Draws will take place as scheduled, regardless of the number of entries received, unless prevented by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8.3 Draws are typically conducted live on our YouTube channel and/or using a transparent entry selection method. The draw method will be described on the competition page or Website.
9.1 Winners are selected fairly from all valid entries using a transparent entry number selection process.
9.2 Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry (email and/or phone).
9.3 If a winner does not respond within 14 days (or another timeframe stated on the competition page), we may, at our discretion:
award the prize to a reserve winner, or
redraw the competition.
10.1 To demonstrate transparency, we may publish the winner’s first and last name, county (or general area), the winning entry number, and the prize won on the Website and/or during live draws.
10.2 If you have a legitimate reason to request reduced publicity (e.g., personal safety), contact us and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
11.1 Prizes are as described on the competition page. Images are for illustrative purposes and the exact specification may vary slightly (e.g., model revision/colour) where stated.
11.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless explicitly stated.
11.3 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
11.4 UK mainland delivery is included unless stated otherwise. Delivery to remote areas or outside the UK may involve additional arrangements/costs which will be discussed with the winner.
11.5 We aim to deliver prizes within 28 days of winner verification and confirmation of delivery details, but timescales may vary due to stock availability, couriers, or other factors.
12.1 Paid entries are generally non refundable once an entry has been successfully confirmed and allocated an entry number, except where required by law or where we cancel the competition.
12.2 If we cancel a competition and you entered via a paid method, we will offer either:
a full refund, or
entry into an alternative competition of equal value (at your choice, where feasible).
12.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
13.1 We are not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, network failures, device problems, or website downtime outside our reasonable control.
13.2 Where a technical fault materially affects the fairness of a competition, we reserve the right to pause, fix, and/or rerun the affected part of the process to restore fairness.
14.1 We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
14.2 Subject to 14.1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
14.3 Our total liability to any entrant in connection with a competitions will not exceed the amount paid by that entrant to enter the relevant competition (if any), except where prohibited by law.
15.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
15.2 Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
16.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder will continue in force.
16.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of entry will apply to that entry.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
